These terms govern your use of Tamda. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Tamda is an AI-assisted product experimentation platform: it monitors metrics you send it, diagnoses changes, designs experiments, generates code changes as pull requests against a repository you connect, and analyzes experiment results. Features may change as the product evolves; we will not remove core functionality you depend on without notice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials (including any GitHub tokens and ingest keys you configure) secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. You must have the authority to connect any repository or send any data you connect or send.
Tamda generates code changes using AI and opens them as pull requests for your review. You (or your team) decide what to merge. Generated code is provided as a draft, not a warranty of correctness: you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any change before it reaches your production systems, exactly as you would with code from any other contributor. Tamda is designed to make that review easy (exact-match edits, no direct commits to your default branch, a merge gate before experiments run), but the merge decision, and its consequences, are yours.
You own your data: your code, your event data, your experiment results. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (reading connected repository files, processing events you send, sending prompts to our AI provider on your behalf, storing results). Our Privacy Policy describes this in detail. We do not use your data to train models or share it across customers.
Don't use Tamda to send data you don't have the right to send, to access repositories you aren't authorized to access, to probe or disrupt the service, or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Current pricing is described on the pricing page. We will not start charging an existing free account, or change its price, without advance notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from code changes you merged.
You can stop using Tamda and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: chssaine16@gmail.com.
